The Network's mission is twofold--to advise and counsel Private Equity Partnerships on Fund development and placement; and to prepare and position qualified, viable private companies and entrepreneurs to attract and secure sufficient leadership, capital, customers and partners to meet their goals and objectives for revenue, growth, profitability and ROI.

The Network provides counsel, strategy, and introductions to institutional investors for private equity firms seeking to raise investment capital.

On a selective basis, Utah VC also assesses the viability and fundraising potential of early stage technology and service companies, and provides Clients fundraising strategy, counsel, expertise, and contacts. Utah VC conducts due diligence, prepares and positions Clients to interface with the investment community, and makes introductions to capital sources which make strategic sense for Clients' particular businesses. In conjunction with Clients' financial and legal counsel, we will also review Private Placement Memoranda (PPM), term sheets, subscription agreements, and other business and financial documents upon request by Client firms. Additionally, Utah VC offers assistance with Business Plan and PowerPoint presentation development and refinement, marketing research, business development and branding strategy.
